Please be mindful that at the time of booking, a credit/debit card will be held on file and you will be charged a $50 non-refundable deposit that will go towards your service. The balance of your service will be collected at the end of the appointment.
So that guests may get the full Vanity Aesthetics experience all appointments must begin and end on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may require that the appointment be rescheduled, this will be considered a cancellation, and you will be required to pay an additional deposit to reschedule. In special circumstances, or when our schedule allows, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. However, this will be at our discretion and only with advance notification of late arrivals.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally. However, to be effective and fair to all of our guests and out of consideration for our Esthetician's time, a 24 hour cancellation notice is required to both change or cancel an appointment. In the event that your appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours, your card will be charged 50% of the service.
Anyone who choses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show". Their card on file will be charged 100% of the requested service for their missed appointment.
